Vinyasa Yoga Teacher,
over the years my continuous research in Yoga is the same that I try to transmit to the student, through breathing exercises, meditation and physical practices that adapt to each individual practitioner, allowing them to recognize their own potential, both on a spiritual and technical level, through controlled and conscious movements.
I have chosen to dedicate myself to sharing Yoga and its teachings, as a practice of access to introspection and awareness in everyday life.


PRIMITIVE MOVEMENT by Aurora Pettenati
Primitive Movement is a free body practice that develops with continuous contact with the ground through free movement, to allow the use of touch as a recovery of awareness of one's body in space (concept of proprioception).
The aim is to work the body in every part, mobilising the fascia in particular and working on strength, coordination and consequently on flexibility.
Reconnecting with the ground, playfulness, experimenting and exploring three-dimensionality through primordial movements allows us to get in touch deeply with our body, combining different exercises to create a flow, freeing the body from tension.
